Responsibilities Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach, to identify insurance needs and present tailored solutions Conduct thorough analysis of customer requirements to recommend appropriate insurance products, ensuring clarity and transparency in all communications Negotiate terms and coverage options with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining compliance with industry regulations Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and tracking leads using ECRM systems. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and guiding clients through policy details Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new customers and retain existing clients Experience Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments, preferably within the insurance industry or related fields Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual capabilities are a plus) Demonstrated proficiency in sales administration, analysis skills, and benefits administration processes Excellent communication skills to build rapport with diverse customer bases and convey product benefits convincingly Prior experience in customer service roles that require active listening, problem-solving, and relationship management Important Information Position pays hourly base + monthly sales commissions. Office Hours are M/T/W/F. Closed Thursdays (32 hour work week). This is an in-office position. All team members will be required to obtain Auto, Fire, Life & Health Insurance Producers Licensing.
