Bilingual Onsite Coordinator and Recruiter

Workforce Enterprises WFE, Inc. is hiring a Bilingual Onsite Coordinator and Recruiter for an onsite role in Beaumont, CA . This position supports light industrial staffing through both recruiting activities and day-to-day onsite coordination, including candidate engagement, application processing, and representation at community hiring events. Based in Beaumont, CA 92223 , the coordinator recruiter will work with hiring goals for roles in the area while helping keep the onsite process organized. The pay rate is USD 24 per hour , with a requirement of 2 years of related experience. Responsibilities Enter applications in Avionte Collect attendance sheets from Onsite Answer phones and emails Greet applicants as they walk in Represent Workforce Enterprises at job fairs and trade shows and help ensure recruiting goals are met Conduct in-person interviews and informational sessions for new applicants and coordinate with the branch office to refine hiring goals Distribute flyers and yard signs within the local area Qualify potential candidates for specific job roles Requirements Bilingual in English and Spanish 2 to 3 years of related work experience in a light industrial staffing agency Strong verbal communication , analytical , and follow-up skills Ability to work long hours and sometimes on weekends Ability to work early mornings on 1st shift Schedule 1st Shift hours, including weekends and overtime Benefits Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location and Logistics Work location: In person Ability to commute: Beaumont, CA 92223 (Required) Ability to relocate: Beaumont, CA 92223 (Required) Application Questions Have you supervised employees in a warehouse environment prior?
