$19.25–$23.00 per hour Part-time role Enjoy a flexible schedule with opportunities to work afternoons and early evenings
Basic Requirements
- High School Diploma + one of the following:
- At least one completed college course
- Currently enrolled in college
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance
- Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20–40mi radius)
- Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children
What You'll Do
- Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (we train you!)
- Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills
- Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services
- Collaborate with families and supervisors to support consistent progress
- Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each child
