Key Qualifications:

• Valid credential or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience working in school settings preferred
• Skilled in assessment, intervention, and consultation within schools
• Strong ability to develop and implement IEPs
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to maintain detailed and confidential records
• Comfortable adapting to new environments and seamlessly providing backfill coverage

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results for students referred for testing
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to determine eligibility for special education services
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions as needed
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Offer crisis intervention and support, as necessary
• Engage in consultation with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student progress and strategies
• Stay up to date with best practices and compliance requirements
