HR Generalist — Data, Policy & Employee Relations

Jobtailor

Jobtailor is seeking an HR Generalist to support policy interpretation, employee relations, and data analysis in collaboration with Service Center and Payroll to troubleshoot employee issues. You will partner with HR directors on projects, maintain HRMS data integrity (including SuccessFactors), and coordinate administrative requirements for status changes and terminations while delivering training for managers and staff. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
