Project Manager - Commercial Electrical Construction

Project ManagerWe are looking for a Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial electrical construction projects in an electrical subcontractor environment, taking full ownership from project kickoff through closeout. This role is responsible for driving project execution, financial performance, and client satisfaction while working closely with field leadership and internal teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously.ResponsibilitiesOversee multiple commercial electrical construction projects from contract award through final completion.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and forecasting.Lead project meetings with clients, field supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors to keep work progressing on schedule.Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, and change orders to ensure successful execution.Track project costs, labor productivity, material procurement, and financial performance throughout each project.Manage RFIs, submittals, change order pricing, and project documentation.Support field teams by resolving project issues and maintaining communication between office and job sites.Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring quality, safety, and contract compliance.
