We are hiring an Operations Manager to lead all aspects of Commercial Door Systems, ensuring high satisfaction levels for customer construction projects. The role requires experience in managing teams, improving performance, and leading projects to success. Position Overview Lead and oversee commercial operations and personnel to operate efficiently, safely, and profitably. Manage and improve operational processes and procedures to maximize profit and customer satisfaction. Ensure sold jobs are scheduled and performed on time to achieve sales and gross profit objectives. Collaborate to keep operating budgets and sales goals on track monthly. Deliver profit dollars and return on sales that meet or exceed the yearly financial budget and forecast. Establish objectives and action plans consistent with corporate goals. Hire, train, and develop new employees; improve performance through coaching, scorecard reviews, and performance reviews. Lead meetings, set performance expectations, and hold employees accountable. Communicate directly with customers to solicit feedback, solve problems, and identify new sales opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred with minimum two years of experience as Department Manager, Operations Manager, or Project Manager in the service‑provider industry. Familiarity with construction project management and installation of building materials. Strong technical application, mechanical/electrical systems, and problem‑solving skills. Experience conducting meetings and managing staff, including hiring, training, development, and performance reviews.
