Content Producer

Are you passionate about interactive storytelling and bringing great content to players? We're a mobile gaming company looking for a Content Producer to help manage the development and delivery of content for our interactive storytelling platform.
In this role, you'll oversee the content production pipeline, working closely with Product, writers, artists, QA, and other cross-functional partners to ensure content is delivered on time and meets quality standards. We're looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end content production process, from planning and scheduling through QA and release.
- Develop and maintain production schedules, milestones, and deliverables across multiple content projects.
- Coordinate with Product, writers, artists, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth production workflows.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and proactively resolve blockers.
- Manage content handoffs and ensure assets, documentation, and deliverables meet production requirements.
- Maintain accurate project tracking, documentation, and status reporting.
- Balance competing priorities and adjust production plans to support business and content goals.
- Identify opportunities to improve production workflows, efficiency, and communication.
- Explore and leverage AI tools and automation to streamline production processes while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in content production, game production, project management, or a related field.
- Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and cross-functional deliverables.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to anticipate challenges, solve problems independently, and keep projects moving forward.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including experience working with creative teams.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Ability to take ownership of projects and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, fully remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in mobile gaming, interactive fiction, visual novels, or narrative-driven content.
- Familiarity with content production pipelines, including writing, art, integration, QA, and release processes.
- Experience coordinating external contractors, freelancers, or creative vendors.
- Understanding of live content operations and ongoing content release schedules.
- Experience using AI-assisted tools or automation to improve production workflows.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and production planning.
- Passion for storytelling, gaming, and creating engaging player experiences.
