Requirements
High-Volume Flagship Restaurant | Times Square, NYC
We are a busy, high-volume flagship restaurant in Times Square seeking an experienced Expeditor to join our culinary team. This is a full-time position with full availability required in a fast-paced operation that runs all-day service and transitions into a dinner-and-show venue at night.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience as an expeditor in a high-volume restaurant
Open availability (AM/PM shifts, weekends, holidays)
Strong understanding of ticket flow, timing, and service execution
Excellent allergen knowledge and ability to manage dietary restrictions accurately
Clear, confident communication between BOH and FOH
Ability to remain calm, organized, and decisive during peak service
Manage the pass and ensure accuracy, quality, and timing of all dishes
Coordinate communication between kitchen and service teams
Maintain service standards during high-volume and live entertainment periods
Oversee allergy and special request execution with precision
Support kitchen leadership and service management as needed
Competitive pay, based on experience
Full-time, consistent schedule in a well-established operation
