Join a dynamic CPA firm located in Glendale, CA, where you will play a pivotal role as a Tax Manager. As part of our 60-member strong team, you will have the opportunity to work with top-tier clients, addressing their critical challenges and fulfilling their pressing needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Tax Management:

Oversee and manage the firm's tax services, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Develop and implement tax planning strategies for clients to optimize their financial outcomes.
Lead and supervise a team of tax professionals to deliver high-quality services.

2. Client Collaboration:

Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service delivery.
Provide expert tax advice, addressing client inquiries and ensuring their financial objectives are met.

3. Team Collaboration:

Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, where ideas are valued, and each team member contributes to the overall success.
Work closely with colleagues internally to enhance knowledge sharing and contribute to the growth of the firm.

4. Leadership and Accountability:

Demonstrate leadership by taking ownership of your role and contributing to the overall success of the firm.
Utilize advanced tools and receive personal support from peers and mentors to drive innovative solutions and lead positive changes.

5. Continuous Education:

Engage in ongoing Continuing Professional Education (CPE) to enhance accounting and business skills.
Expand your business knowledge and perspective through structured training programs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA certification preferred.
Proven experience in tax management and client services.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
