Job Title: Tax Manager
- Oversee and manage the firm's tax services, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies for clients to optimize their financial outcomes.
- Lead and supervise a team of tax professionals to deliver high-quality services.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service delivery.
- Provide expert tax advice, addressing client inquiries and ensuring their financial objectives are met.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, where ideas are valued, and each team member contributes to the overall success.
- Work closely with colleagues internally to enhance knowledge sharing and contribute to the growth of the firm.
- Demonstrate leadership by taking ownership of your role and contributing to the overall success of the firm.
- Utilize advanced tools and receive personal support from peers and mentors to drive innovative solutions and lead positive changes.
- Engage in ongoing Continuing Professional Education (CPE) to enhance accounting and business skills.
- Expand your business knowledge and perspective through structured training programs.
- Embrace and promote a healthy work-life balance, recognizing that employee well-being contributes to overall success.
- Encourage and support team members in achieving their true potential by fostering a positive and flexible working environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA certification preferred.
- Proven experience in tax management and client services.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
