Maintenance Mechanic II

Our growing manufacturing client in the Greenfield, MA area is looking for a Maintenance Mechanic II to join their team! Qualifications High School Diploma or GED, Technical certification preferred 8+ years’ maintenance and repair experience in a manufacturing setting Solid understanding and experience with CNC milling machines Working knowledge of CAD/CAM Strong mechanical ability Welding skills are a plus Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals/blueprints Ability to use precision measuring tools Ability to work efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with lockout/tagout procedures Excellent attention to detail and good work ethic Ability to follow all safety procedures and guidelines Good written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills Must be reliable with excellent attendance Ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift Benefits Direct Hire position Full time rotating schedule 6am-6pm $24-$27+/hour depending on skills and experience Health/dental insurance 401k Profitability bonuses Discounted company merchandise Paid time off and holidays Duties Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance on equipment Troubleshoot equipment Perform emergency repairs Complete welding, plumbing, electrical, lockout/tagout procedures Surface grinding and welding Oversees maintenance operations as needed Other duties as assigned #J-18808-Ljbffr
