General Liability Defense Associate | Fairfax, VA | $120,000 to $190,000 | Hybrid

Everyone who practices in Northern Virginia has an opinion about the Beltway.

This firm has decided you shouldn't sit on it five days a week.

I'm hiring for a well established defense firm in Fairfax. They're adding to their general liability team and want someone with two years or more of litigation experience. They're flexible on level, so the salary range is wide on purpose. A strong associate sits at one end. Someone with trial time and carrier relationships sits at the other.

What you'd be working on

• Client contact early, with partners who back you when you use it

You

• A full, active Virginia bar license
\n
• Two years or more in civil litigation, ideally insurance or GL defense
\n
• Strong commercial or plaintiff side litigators are worth a conversation too
\n
