POSITION SUMMARY

The office administrator will support manufacturing operations by coordinating shipments, managing billing and reports, and overseeing related transactions. This role will oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, providing administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient office functions.

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Advanced knowledge in Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

FUNCTONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Billing Report for Newark daily on shipments
• Filing required paperwork and maintaining records
• Printing all the sales orders and shipping labels
• Organizing them by shipments and making Bills of Lading
• Scheduling shipments
• Inputting information for Amazon and other customers to properly execute shipments
• Using EDI to properly execute orders (training provided)
• Back up for HR payroll/timecard processing
• Other duties as assigned
