Key Responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities -Bug Triage: Manage and triage 100+ bugs created per migration cycle. Ticket Routing: Identify the correct owner for tickets, including cases where services are called via secondary model calls. Stakeholder Management:- Handle extension requests by working with stakeholders and the exception committee. Route technical regression questions to the appropriate domain experts. Monitoring & Reporting:-Independently navigate dashboards to determine scope. Provide daily summaries of triaged tickets and valuable insights. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Technical Knowledge:- Must understand software development and be comfortable with ML/AI. Should be able to understand high-level code/CL descriptions to categorize migrations/rebasing, but no coding or testing is required. Tools: Experience with Buganizer or Jira is required; familiarity Execution: Ensure all tickets received during working hours are resolved by the end of the day.
