Clinical Education Specialist
As a Clinical Education Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and delivering educational programs to clinical staff to ensure a successful implementation and use of our products. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify the needs of medium-sized regional clients and develop training programs that align with their clinical objectives.
What You Will Do
- Develop and deliver educational programs to clinicians, nurses, and doctors.
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide educational support during and after the sales process.
- Identify opportunities for up- and cross-selling our products during the training process.
- Develop account plans to stimulate growth.
- Give engaging presentations and training, both virtual and in person, to groups of various sizes and knowledge levels.
- Support medium-sized regional clients with questions and technical assistance regarding product usage.
- Guide clients in the use of the right products in wound care.
Who You Are
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to stimulate business growth through successful education and account management.
- Knowledge of product portfolio and patient outcomes.
- Ability to create solutions with clients and understand the impact of products on patients.
- Para-medical education at bachelor level is a minimum requirement.
- Wound care nursing diploma is a plus.
- Native Dutch speaker with good knowledge of French and English.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in the medical sector.
- Independent, well-organized, practical, and customer-oriented.
- Strong team player and persuasive communicator with good interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, dynamic, and highly motivated.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
