Bilingual HR Generalist II - US/Mexico Recruitment

Nidec Motor Corporation

Nidec AMEC is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist II to serve as the onsite HR anchor for our Troy, Michigan office. This role balances tactical execution with strategic support, handling payroll, compensation and benefits, policy management, and manager coaching. It also provides recruitment support for our sites in Mexico. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, bilingual English/Spanish, and proficiency with HRIS #J-18808-Ljbffr Nidec Motor Corporation
