We are expanding our residential marketing team and looking for competitive, coachable individuals who want to develop valuable business skills, earn performance-based income, and advance into leadership.

This is an entry-level, face-to-face position representing a nationally recognized home-improvement client. You will speak with homeowners in residential neighborhoods, introduce our services, and schedule free consultations for our in-home specialists.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training, daily coaching, and a clear Management Training Program for individuals who want to grow.

What You’ll Do

• Speak with homeowners face-to-face in assigned residential neighborhoods
• Introduce our home-improvement services and generate qualified appointments
• Learn proven communication, sales, and territory-management systems
• Participate in daily training, goal setting, and leadership development
• Work alongside experienced managers and high-performing team members
• Help train and develop newer representatives as you advance
• Progress through our performance-based Management Training Program

Candidates with experience in athletics, hospitality, fitness, customer service, military service, fundraising, canvassing, or entrepreneurship often perform well in this role—but experience is not required.

Compensation

• Weekly pay
• $600 weekly training guarantee or earned commissions during your first two weeks
• Performance-based commission compensation after training
• Uncapped earning potential
• Weekly and monthly performance bonuses
• Top performers have the opportunity to earn $60,000–$80,000+ in their first year
• Additional income opportunities as you advance into leadership

This is a performance-based position. Your earnings will depend on your activity, consistency, and results.

Management Training Program

Our advancement process is based on performance and not seniority.
