Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and process aluminum extrusions according to documented customer specifications and production requirements.

• Monitor material placement before the anodizing process begins to help prevent product damage, defects, and material waste.

• Assist with monitoring tank liquid levels and report conditions requiring attention.

• Follow established anodizing, production, quality, and safety procedures.

• Review work orders and specifications carefully to ensure products are processed accurately.

• Perform basic production calculations using addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of whole numbers.

• Maintain an organized work area and support safe, efficient production operations.

• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality and work independently with limited supervision when required.

• Work additional hours or overtime when business needs require.

Qualifications & Requirements

Required:

• Spanish proficiency sufficient to perform the duties of this assignment.

• Ability to perform basic arithmetic using whole numbers.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written production specifications and work instructions.

• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

• Ability to work the scheduled MondayThursday night shift and overtime as required.

• Ability to perform the essential physical functions of the position, including pushing, pulling, and lifting heavy materials, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and complete employment eligibility verification as required by law.

• Successful completion of any job-related pre-employment drug screening and background screening required for the assignment, conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local law.

Preferred:

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.

• Previous manufacturing, production, aluminum extrusion, anodizing, metal finishing, or industrial experience.

• Supervisar la colocacin del material antes de iniciar el proceso de anodizado para ayudar a prevenir daos, defectos y desperdicio de material.

• Ayudar a monitorear los niveles de lquido de los tanques y reportar cualquier condicin que requiera atencin.

• Seguir los procedimientos establecidos de anodizado, produccin, calidad y seguridad.

• Revisar cuidadosamente las rdenes de trabajo y especificaciones para asegurar que los productos sean procesados correctamente.

• Realizar clculos bsicos de produccin utilizando suma, resta, multiplicacin y divisin de nmeros enteros.

• Mantener el rea de trabajo organizada y apoyar operaciones de produccin seguras y eficientes.

• Mantener asistencia y puntualidad confiables y trabajar de manera independiente con supervisin limitada cuando sea necesario.

• Trabajar horas adicionales u horas extras cuando las necesidades de produccin lo requieran.

Calificaciones y Requisitos

Requeridos:

• Dominio del espaol suficiente para realizar las responsabilidades de esta asignacin.

• Capacidad para realizar operaciones matemticas bsicas con nmeros enteros.

• Gran atencin al detalle y capacidad para seguir especificaciones de produccin e instrucciones de trabajo.

• Asistencia y puntualidad confiables.

• Capacidad para realizar las funciones fsicas esenciales del puesto, incluyendo empujar, jalar y levantar materiales pesados, con o sin adaptaciones razonables.

• Estar autorizado para trabajar en los Estados Unidos y completar la verificacin de elegibilidad de empleo requerida por la ley.
