Aircraft Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, scheduled, and heavy maintenance on civilian helicopters.

• Troubleshoot and repair airframe, powerplant, and aircraft systems.

• Conduct inspections and identify maintenance discrepancies.

• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

• Complete maintenance documentation in compliance with FAA and Part 145 requirements.

• Collaborate with avionics, structures, sheet metal, and composites teams.

• Follow all safety and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• FAA A&P License.

• 5+ years of helicopter maintenance experience.

• 3+ years of experience on EC135 and/or EC145 helicopters.

• Strong troubleshooting and inspection experience on turbine helicopters.

• Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and maintenance manuals.

• Valid driver's license.

• Personal tools required.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Bell, Airbus/Eurocopter, Sikorsky, or AgustaWestland helicopters.

• Part 145 repair station experience.

• Experience working with cross-functional aircraft maintenance teams.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bensalem, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
