The Liberty Group is immediately seeking  experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians for onsite communities.

Pay ranges from $20 to $26 per hour, depending on experience.

6+ months onsite apartment maintenance experience
Valid government-issued ID
Reliable transportation
Own basic tools needed for maintenance work
Comfortable completing service requests and apartment turns (make-ready)
EPA HVAC-certified or willing to get certified within 180 days of employment

What you’ll do
Complete resident service requests in a timely, professional manner
Perform make-ready/turn repairs to prepare vacant apartments for move-in
Maintain common areas and community grounds as needed
Document work completed in maintenance logs
Prioritize multiple work orders and work independently
Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and onsite teams

Preferred (not required)
A/C / HVAC certification (EPA/CFC/HVAC) — pays more
Strong make-ready/turn experience
Related experience (hotel maintenance, rehab, condo, carpentry) only if you also have onsite apartment experience
