Key Highlights Work Arrangement: On‑site; 70% office / 30% field Travel Coverage: Metro Atlanta area (up to ~80 miles) Reimbursements: Mileage of $0.70, parking, tolls Hours: 8:30AM – 5:00PM Salary range $31–$42 per hour (compensation may vary based on experience, skills, education and location) On‑Call transparency: Rotation every 4–6 weeks What You’ll Do Conduct home visits to perform oxygen, CPAP/BiPAP, and ventilation equipment setups and follow‑ups Provide care for both adult and pediatric patients (pediatric cases ~30%) Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use, cleaning, troubleshooting, and maintenance Assess patient needs, document care delivered, and escalates concerns appropriately Respond to hospital discharge requests and support patient needs Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and internal branch teams Maintain accurate documentation using iPad/laptop Set up and operate various types of respiratory care equipment, including oxygen therapy, nebulization, apnea monitoring, suctioning, PAP, invasive and non-invasive ventilation Inspect and test equipment to ensure proper operating condition Perform clinical assessments and tests such as pulse oximetry, ETCO₂, spirometry and vital signs Perform other duties as required What We Look For Registered Respiratory Therapist with an active GA RT license Experience in pediatric respiratory care (required) Ability to stand, lift, push and/or pull objects ranging from 10–50lbs Valid driver’s license Comfortable using mobile technology, navigation tools, and digital documentation Education & Credentials Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program Hold a current RCP license in the state of practice (or states that the location covers) if required Hold a current CPR certification Hold all applicable licensure in good standing for all states of practice Benefits Medical, dental, and vision care coverage Paid time off plan 401(k) plan Flexible Spending Accounts Basic life insurance Short‑ and long‑term disability coverage Accident insurance Teammate Assistance Program Paid parental leave Domestic partner benefits Mental, physical, and financial well‑being programs Equal Opportunity Employer Accendra is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
