Schedule/Hours:

• Night shift: 6:30pm - 7:00am
• Includes 1 full weekend (Saturday and Sunday) per scheduling period

Preferred Qualifications:

• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist, Respiratory Care Professional license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP (or provisional, within 180 days)
• Associates or Bachelor's in Respiratory Therapy (preferred)
• 6 months of critical care experience required (0-2 years overall clinical experience accepted)
• Background with emergency departments and pediatric patients highly desirable
• Strong communication, assessment, and computer/database skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently perform assessments and manage ventilators, airway procedures, and medication administration
• Provide patient, family, and staff education tailored to individual needs
• Mentor and precept new hires, participate in team development
• Ensure accurate documentation, patient safety, and adherence to protocols
