Responsibilities Assist with the day-to-day management of client accounts. Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Coordinate service requests and follow up to ensure successful completion. Maintain accurate account records and documentation. Support internal teams with account-related administrative tasks. Monitor account activity and identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction. Prepare reports and assist with scheduling and coordination.
