Customer Experience Manager / Customer Service Manager

Job Description

My client, a long-standing medical device manufacturer, is hiring a leader for its Customer Experience Team, onsite in Aurora, IL. Every sales order, inquiry, and complaint runs through this team, and how you lead it shapes what customers experience.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead and develop a three-person team
Oversee accurate, on-time sales order processing
Resolve customer and sales team inquiries and complaints
Partner with Quality Control on returns and complaint handling
Report KPIs and action plans to senior leadership
Refine procedures so the team runs more efficiently

You take initiative and work independently

Bonus: HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, or regulated industry experience
