Store Manager - Customer Service & Operations

Jiffy Lube is looking for a Store Manager who knows how to lead people, deliver great customer service, and run a successful operation.

Automotive experience is NOT required, but is nice to have.

What You'll Do

As a Store Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day success of your location and the experience our customers receive.

You'll:

• Lead, coach and motivate a team of employees
• Create a positive, customer-focused store environment
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Manage daily store operations and staffing
• Create schedules and ensure appropriate staffing coverage
• Train new employees and help team members develop their skills
• Monitor sales, customer satisfaction and store performance
• Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally
• Manage inventory, ordering and receiving
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized store
• Ensure company policies, procedures and quality standards are followed
• Lead by example and recognize employees for their contributions

If you've successfully managed people, customers and a busy operation, you may already have the skills we're looking for.
