Cardiac Holter Monitoring Supervisor (8:30am-5pm) Job Description Clinical Holter Monitoring Supervisor (Pleasanton, CA) The Clinical Holter Monitoring Supervisor will be responsible for leading and providing guidance to a team of 12-15 direct reports within a cardiac telemetry service center for the ECG Solutions Holter product. Lead the day-to-day operations of the Holter Monitoring team, ensuring efficient workflow, quality performance, and excellent customer support. Supervise, coach, and develop employees through performance management, onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development. Monitor operational metrics and identify opportunities to improve processes, team effectiveness, and service delivery. Support daily department operations through rotating assignments, including oversight of shared mailboxes, phone queues, technician support, and workflow coverage. Partner with leadership to maintain staffing coverage and ensure compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and quality standards. You will work Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm PST including a holiday rotation. You're the right fit if: You have 1+ years’ experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years’ of experience with Vocational Education in Clinical Operations, ECG Monitoring and Analysis or equivalent; leadership experience with direct reports is preferred. You have an active CRAT or CCT certification, RN license, or licensed Paramedic with current ACLS certification. Your skills include a high technical aptitude, advanced computer skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office software. You are adept at working across various technological platforms, easily adapting to change, and leading a team with confidence, additionally, you possess strong ECG rhythm interpretation skills, ensuring accurate assessments and optimal outcomes. Philips Transparency Details This role is eligible for a $4,000 sign-on bonus for candidates possessing a CRAT or CCT certification, with at least 1 year of ECG interpretation experience, and who successfully pass the internal ECG assessment conducted post-offer. The pay range for this position in Pleasanton, CA is $73,000 to $115,000. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
