Cruise Vacation Specialist

Job Description Do you enjoy cruising and have a passion for helping others plan unforgettable vacations? We are growing our travel team and are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals who would enjoy assisting clients with planning cruise vacations. Whether you are an experienced cruiser or simply have a passion for travel, we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed. In this role, you'll learn how to help clients plan everything from Caribbean getaways and Alaska adventures to Mediterranean voyages and luxury cruise experiences while developing valuable travel industry knowledge. Responsibilities Assist clients with planning cruise vacations and travel experiences Research cruise lines, itineraries, destinations, and accommodations Recommend vacation options based on each client's needs and budget Build customized travel itineraries Stay informed on cruise promotions, destinations, and travel updates Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the booking process Qualifications Passion for travel and cruising Strong communication and people skills Detail-oriented and organized Comfortable learning new technology and booking systems Self-motivated with a positive attitude What We Offer Comprehensive travel industry training Ongoing mentorship and support Flexible scheduling Professional development opportunities Access to industry travel resources and suppliers If you're passionate about cruising and enjoy helping others create lasting memories, we'd love to meet you and discuss how you can become part of our growing travel team. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ljhorizons
