Teacher Recognition: Employee appreciation and recognition programs throughout the year What You'll Do: As a Lead Teacher, you will coordinate daily classroom operations while creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment. Responsibilities include: Planning and implementing age-appropriate educational activities. Observing children's interests and developing meaningful learning experiences. Partnering with families through daily communication and updates. Maintaining a safe and positive classroom environment. Collaborating with fellow educators and school leadership. Supporting each child's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, or a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. 1-2 years of classroom experience preferred. State-required pre-service training preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed for child care and safety requirements. Must meet all background check requirements.
