Company/Overview: Our client, an oil & gas company located in Centennial, is seeking a temporary (potential foot-in-the-door) Office Coordinator/Receptionist. This position requires someone with excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and computer savviness (proficient in MS Office Suite). Duties will include answering phones, stocking and cleaning the kitchen, ordering lunches, mail/package/management, scanning and e-filing projects, and greeting any guests or shipment carriers. Prior experience working in an office setting is required.
Assignment Length/Schedule:
- Start. ASAP for 2+ months (potential foot-in-the-door)
- Hours: Monday – Thursday 7.5 hours between the hours of 7:30 am – 5:00 pm, and Fridays 4 hours between the hours of 7:30 am and noon
Parking: Free on-site parking
Dress Code: Business casual (no jeans)
