Lone Star Smiles  is seeking a  Registered Dental Hygienists (RDH)  to join our fun team in Lubbock, TX.

Responsibilities

• Deliver gentle, thorough hygiene care including:
• Periodontal assessments
• Scaling and root planing
• Preventative hygiene treatment
• Patient education
• Take necessary x-rays and assist with diagnosis and treatment planning
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes
• Collaborate closely with the doctor and team to provide exceptional patient experiences
• Help create a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere for patients and teammates alike

Salary:

$39 - $47 / hour (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities

• We are professional, customer-centric, fun and our goal is to treat patients with the compassion and respect they deserve.
• Provides necessary information in the form of x-rays, verbal communication, and other dental tests in coordination with dentists to assist with diagnosing dental treatment.
• Performs comfortable periodontal evaluation, general scaling, scaling, and root planning for all patients.
• Completes all clinical notes according to practice guidelines before dismissing patients.
• You’re ready to be part of a patient-centric team.
• Have strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Have an eagerness to learn and grow.
• You’ll collaborate with our dentist to recommend treatment plans and ensure optimum patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Dental Hygiene Certificate / Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Active dental hygiene license issued by the Texas state board.
