Quick Facts Location: Dayton Children’s Plaza, Dayton, OH 45404 Start Date: 11/01/2026 End Date: 02/28/2027 & 04/30/2027 (multi-term coverage) Shift: 07:00 AM – 03:30 PM, Monday – Friday Hours/Week: 40 hours Employment Type: Locum License/Certs: Active Ohio Medical License, DEA, Certification in Anesthesiology Experience: Preferred 1+ years of Pediatric Anesthesiology experience Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $390.00 Benefits include: Competitive pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and related reimbursements as applicable 24/7 dedicated team supporting your success Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws What You’ll Do Provide pediatric anesthesia services in a hospital-based operating room setting Supervise and collaborate with CRNAs within a care team model Maintain patient safety across neonatal to adult age groups Support the anesthesia team during a busy surgical schedule averaging 50–60 cases per day Ensure high-standard perioperative care in a Level I Trauma Center environment Adhere to institutional policies and safety protocols What You Need Ohio medical license and DEA registration Certification in Anesthesiology (board certified or eligible) Experience supervising CRNAs preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital setting Strong communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment Join a collegial team at Dayton Children’s, a premier facility with 14 operating rooms and staffed by 22 anesthesiologists.
