Consistent Schedule: Full-time, 12-hour shifts (6 PM - 6 AM), 3 days per week
Scheduling Flexibility: Specific days discussed during interview

What You'll Do:
- Provide hands-on nursing care under the supervision of an RN or provider
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Accurately document care, observations, and resident status
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and education for residents and families
- Observe and report changes in resident condition promptly
- Maintain infection control and safety standards throughout the shift
- Support and mentor CNAs and team members on the unit

What We're Looking For:
- Current LPN license in good standing (Utah or compact state)
- BLS certification (AHA required)
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
