Job Summary Must be able to work Part Time up to 20 hours, 3 to 4 days a week, between 6am‑2pm and on weekends. Responsible for performing general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from sales floor to staging area, using a handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update locations, and operating equipment. Responsibilities Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list. Utilize handheld RF scanner to pick orders, verify merchandise, and update inventory. Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area. Communicate inventory or equipment problems and expired/short‑dated items. Coordinate with the club team when merchandise needs replenishment. Pull merchandise from reserve area when possible to avoid sales floor replenishment. Ensure all orders are picked on time to meet productivity requirements and key performance indicators. Follow SOP for BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club. Securely package orders per standard operating procedures. Maintain the SFC area neat, clean, and organized. Perform general housekeeping duties such as removing trash and cardboard. Handle damaged goods and spoiled products following standard procedures. Process returns and determine appropriate handling. Adhere to all club policies, procedures, dress code, and safety standards. Meet OMNI productivity expectations, service level agreements, and performance metrics. Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments. Qualifications Previous order pulling experience preferred. Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred. Previous RF scanner experience preferred. Job Conditions Most of the time spent moving continuously on hard surfaces; frequent bending, climbing, crawling, handling, pulling, reaching, stooping; continuous lifting up to 30lbs; may lift and move heavier objects >30lbs with assistance; work in environments with moving machinery, loud equipment, temperature extremes, and occasional exposure to cleaning agents.
