We currently have an immediate need for a Trusted Rock Star Automotive Service Advisor/Writer. This position is for a full-time advanced-level service advisor who has the desire, skills, and talent to join an amazing fast-growing shop.
This position requires the following:
Ability to smile and provide uncommon courtesy and an accommodating attitude at all times
Ability to operate at a high level in an independent shop
Excellent phone skills
Excellent people skills
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment while delivering a World Class experience
Our ideal candidate possesses a warm, friendly, and inviting personality. That type that people are naturally drawn to. Problem-solving is second nature to you and you love to communicate with people. You have a natural way of putting people at ease and earning their trust. Your experience in the automotive industry has given you enough technical knowledge that you know what you are selling and can translate that into terms your clients understand. You are a self-starter and do whatever it takes to get the job done. Although you operate at an incredibly high production level you possess the ability to stay clean. neat and organized throughout your day. Your sales skills translate naturally as you sincerely have the desire to help your clients protect the investment they have made in their vehicles in the most affordable way. You understand terms like ARO, parts GP, labor GP, etc. You know how to set and attain sales goals. Our shop is technologically advanced and employs the latest in technology including electronic inspections, web-based training, and the best technicians.
