LPN or LVN

ABC Healthcare, in collaboration with Grifols, is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will provide direct, hands-on patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment, supporting physicians and registered nurses to deliver safe, efficient, and patient-centered services. As part of our Healthcare & Medical Services department, you will work closely with a diverse interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes across hospital and outpatient settings.

As an LPN/LVN with ABC Healthcare, you will perform fundamental nursing tasks within your scope of practice, including monitoring vital signs, conducting basic assessments, and promptly reporting changes in patient condition to the supervising RN or provider. You will administer prescribed medications and injections safely, perform wound care and dressing changes, collect laboratory specimens, and assist in preparing patients for diagnostic tests and procedures, all while adhering to established clinical protocols, state regulations, and organizational standards.

Accurate and timely documentation is a core aspect of this position. You will record all assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the electronic health record, ensuring that records are complete, clear, and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements. You will support admissions, transfers, and discharges by gathering patient histories, updating charts, and reinforcing provider instructions, as well as providing patient and family education on medications, treatments, and home care instructions.

This is a full-time, on-site clinical position that may include rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays depending on departmental needs.
