The firm has shown outstanding growth since its foundation in 2019, currently generating over €100m in turnover and operating in over 30 locations in Germany. What the job involves Work as part of a small team, directly with the responsible Head of M&A and C-Level management Actively contribute to the M&A process from initial lead sourcing, valuation and analysis of potential targets, negotiation, till closing of the transaction Coordinate the overall due diligence process and lead individual DD work streams Support management in the post-merger integration processes, involvement in all aspects of the M&A transaction process Who we are looking for You have first gained experience in M&A within investment banking, consulting, the big four or from a similar role in a corporate set‑up Strong communication skills are essential, including native‑level German and fluent English Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills You are a self‑starter who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment Good with numbers, proactive with a positive attitude #J-18808-Ljbffr
