U.S. Employee Benefits Consultant

VirtualVocations

To support a growing employee benefits team, the full-time U.S. Employee Benefits Consultant will manage client relationships, deliver complex proposals, and ensure high-quality services while working in a flexible remote environment. Key responsibilities Grow and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, proactively closing business Deliver technically complex employee benefits programs and manage a pipeline of leads Supervise and mentor team members while maintaining data integrity in automated systems Required qualifications Significant experience in employee benefit consulting from an insurance or employee benefits broker Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and convert opportunities Effective time management skills and ability to work under pressure Experience with Microsoft 365 applications Fluency in English, both oral and written
