Senior Scheduler

Senior Scheduler MagTech is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to support complex Department of Defense (DoD) programs. This position will serve as a lead scheduler responsible for developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), supporting Earned Value Management (EVM) requirements, and providing guidance to other scheduling professionals. Location: Auburn Hills, MI Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 Schedule: 9/80 Work Schedule (Every Other Friday Off) Type: Direct Hire Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for DoD programs. Support resource-loaded schedules and Earned Value Management (EVM) requirements. Perform Critical Path and Schedule Risk Analysis. Ensure compliance with DoD scheduling standards and requirements. Support Program Management and Finance teams with reporting and program performance tracking. Provide training and guidance to Cost Account Managers (CAMs) and other schedulers. Communicate schedule status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, Project Management, or related field. 10+ years of professional experience. 5+ years of DoD program scheduling experience. Strong knowledge of Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS) and Earned Value Management (EVM). Experience with Microsoft Project, Deltek Open Plan, and/or Primavera P6. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Preferred PMP and/or PMI-SP certification. Master's Degree. Experience with defense contractors such as General Dynamics, BAE Systems, Oshkosh Defense, Navistar Defense, or similar organizations. Additional Information Up to 10% travel required.
