Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Position Overview The role involves utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members. Key Responsibilities Coordinate patient care across departments, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Perform duties aligning with organizational mission, values, and standards. Evaluate and support direct care staff to ensure quality care delivery. Qualifications & Skills Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN). Current RN licensure in the state or compact licensure, with ongoing compliance. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completed within 30 days of hire. Must have OR experience. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks.
