$17 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the accuracy of daily financial transactions and balance all accounts to maintain the integrity of our financial records.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly, ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports for management, offering insights into nightly operations and financial performance.
• Monitor and manage the hotel's security systems during the night shift, ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
• Collaborate with the front desk team to facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes, enhancing guest satisfaction.
• Conduct regular audits of guest accounts and billing procedures to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, contributing to the hotel's strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

• Experience in financial auditing or accounting, ensuring accuracy and integrity in all transactions.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues with a positive attitude.
• Proven track record of preparing and distributing detailed reports, offering valuable insights into operations and financial performance.
• Familiarity with security systems and protocols, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff during night shifts.
• Strong collaboration skills to work seamlessly with the front desk team, enhancing guest satisfaction through smooth check-in and check-out processes.
