Our mission is to go the extra mile for our customers and build a team that has the same attitude!Position SummaryThis position is responsible for delivering merchandise to customers safely and professionally, while also assisting with assembly of products such as grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, wheelbarrows, and other seasonal merchandise. This is a hands-on role that combines customer service, driving, and light mechanical assembly.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver merchandise to homes and businesses in a safe and timely mannerLoad, secure, and unload products carefullyAssemble grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, wheelbarrows, and other productsReview products before delivery to ensure quality and completenessProvide excellent customer service during deliveries and in-store interactionsAssist customers with carry-outs and loading merchandiseHelp maintain a clean and organized backroom, delivery area, and sales floorSupport store operations as needed during slower delivery periodsQualificationsValid driver's license with clean driving recordAbility to lift and move up to 75 lbs with assistance when neededBasic mechanical or assembly skills preferredFriendly, professional, and dependableStrong time management and communication skillsAbility to work independently and stay productiveRetail or delivery experience is a plusSchedulePart-time hours with flexible schedulingWeekend availability is requiredPay, Benefits, and Perks:Fantastic employee discountFlexible scheduleGreat team environmentOpportunity for additional hours during busy seasons
