Who We Want We are looking for a hands‑on Scrum Master with a proven track record of driving Agile delivery across cross‑functional programs. In this role, you will work closely with engineers, developers, and business stakeholders to keep teams aligned, unblock progress, and move projects from kickoff to completion with consistency and purpose. This is not just a ceremonies role. You will actively shape how the team works by identifying friction before it becomes a problem, building trust across functions, and making sure the right people have the context they need to make good decisions. You will thrive here if you Want to make a real impact on small, empowered teams Enjoy building a product that solves real-world problems and improves continuously through customer feedback Are energized by the challenge of integrating industrial controls hardware into a modern software platform Take pride in executing scrum ceremonies but also are mailable in their implementation What You’ll DoOwn and drive Scrum execution: sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospective Ensure strong backlog hygiene, clear acceptance criteria, and alignment to sprint goals and QER objective Identify and remove blockers quickly; escalation when needed to maintain delivery momentu Track and improve team metrics (velocity, predictability, cycle time, quality Coach teams on agile best practices and continuous improvement behavior Drive cross-functional coordination across hardware, software, and product team Ensure transparency through dashboards, reporting, and executive-ready communication Facilitate retrospectives that lead to tangible, measurable improvement What You Bring CSM certification 3 years in Scrum Master or Agile delivery role Experience with Jira or equivalent too Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skill Data-driven mindset; ability to translate metrics into action Experience in industrial, embedded, or IIoT environments preferred Bonus Points Background working alongside hardware and software teams simultaneously Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or R&D environments Familiarity with compliance-driven or regulated project delivery Why You Will Love Working at Thermon ThermonTeam Impact: Small, agile team where your contributions matter.
