The Opportunity As Scrum Master , you will be the driving force of our Agile processes, ensuring that our teams follow Scrum principles to maximize efficiency and deliver high-quality results. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, removing obstacles, fostering collaboration, and enabling a culture of continuous improvement. Your leadership and coaching will play a key role in helping our teams thrive and deliver high-impact outcomes in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews to ensure effective collaboration and alignment within the Scrum team. Coach and Mentor Teams: Guide team members on Scrum best practices, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and help individuals develop their Agile skills. Remove Impediments: Actively identify and resolve obstacles or bottlenecks that impede the team’s progress, ensuring a smooth flow of work and timely delivery of sprint goals. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure transparency, alignment, and effective prioritization of work. Any other activities as required from time-to-time to support the continued operations and growth of Future Secure AI. Requirements Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments, with a track record of successful project delivery. Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and best practices. Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to achieve common goals. Scrum Master certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM)) is a plus. Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, etc.). Why Join Us?
