Key Responsibilities: Test Design & Execution: Perform Manual & Automation testing (Functional, regression, performance, integration) across various ServiceNow modules HRSD Automation Development: Create, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) Defect Management: Identify, track, manage & report defects, working with developers for timely resolution Reporting & Communication: Generate detailed test reports and communicate quality status to leadership and stakeholders Collaboration: Work closely with developers, BAs, admins & clients in Agile/Scrum environments (sprints, stand-ups). Best Practices: Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, quality standards, and compliance. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 3+ years in ServiceNow testing, with significant experience in ATF and relevant modules Technical skills: Proficiency in ATF, ITSM Incident Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, Change Management, service portals and test/defect management tools Methodologies: Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and ITIL frameworks Tools: Hands on experience with ServiceNow ATF, performance analytics and dashboards Certifications: ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) are often preferred Soft Skills: Excellent Analytical, problem solving, communication (written / verbal) and stakeholder management skills PS: Need someone who can join ASAP #J-18808-Ljbffr Royal Cyber
