Maintain compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards. Collaborate with our virtual Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Take ownership of the opening, closing, and shift hand-off process. Assist in the training and development of staff members. Facilitate smooth team dynamics by addressing and resolving minor conflicts among staff, fostering a harmonious work atmosphere.
