Responsibilities will include:Processing and submitting union payroll through Paychex FlexPreparing and managing certified payrollsCompleting and submitting union benefit documentation and paymentsManaging and maintaining HR and employee documentationHandling accounts receivable and assisting with basic accounting functionsAssisting with miscellaneous project management and administrative tasksMaintaining organized company records, files, and documentationCommunicating with employees, union representatives, vendors, customers, and job site personnel as neededVisiting job sites periodically to assist with administrative or project-related needsSupporting the owner with a variety of day-to-day business and operational responsibilitiesWhat We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced but relaxed environment.Qualifications:Previous experience in an Office Manager, Construction Administrator, Payroll, Accounting, or Administrative Management role preferredExperience processing union payroll, including familiarity with Paychex Flex, is highly preferredExperience with certified payrolls and union benefit reportingStrong organizational and document-management skillsExperience with accounts receivableComfortable assisting with basic project coordination and administrative tasksAbility to work independently while communicating closely with the owner and other team membersStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesNotary Public certification is a plus, but not requiredThe OpportunityThis position is ideal for someone who wants to be more than just another employee at a large company.
