Responsible for helping hotels grow market share and outperform our competitors, the team of over 400 professionals supports over 2,400 hotels in the Americas. As a Director, RMCC Americas Managed, you will support the team that's helping a portfolio of Managed hotels consistently grow market share and outperform competitors. On the RMCC Americas Leadership team reporting to the Senior Director, RMCC Americas, you will work on projects including hotel performance deep dives, Managed budget achievement, and rolling out new initiatives.What you'll do during a typical day:Lead hotel facing revenue management strategy for a portfolio of Managed hotels in the AmericasLead and develop team members deployed to support the portfolioDrive market share through strategy collaborationHow you'll collaborate with others:Collaborate with RMCC Leadership and your team of direct reportsPartner with property level commercial teams to drive performanceManaged regional leadership on key owner deliverables and meetingsDeliverables you'll take ownership of:Property and portfolio market share and budget achievementTeam member engagement and developmentWhat It Takes to Make the StayYou have these minimum qualifications:Ten (10) years of professional experienceFive (5) years of work experience in revenue management representing a portfolio of hotels (high profile assets over 1,000 keys)Four (4) years of collaborating with partners through data representation, interpretation and storytellingTravel up to 40%It would be useful if you have:BA/BS Bachelor's DegreeThree (3) years of Director level experienceExposure to multiple commercial functions and/or a deep understanding of the commercial operating modelExperience in a leadership role within Sales, Marketing or Revenue Management within a global organizationHow We'll Help You ThriveAt Hilton, the hospitality we're known for doesn't end with our guests. The pay range for this role is $120,000 – $175,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
