About the Role
The Company is in search of a Managing Director for Performance Excellence. The successful candidate will be instrumental in establishing, leading, and expanding the firm's Margin Improvement and Performance Excellence platform within the Strategy and Partnership Advisory business unit. This role is pivotal in partnering with a diverse range of healthcare organizations, from large systems to small practices, to enhance financial performance, optimize operations, and foster sustainable growth. Key responsibilities include leading client engagements focused on operational transformation, margin improvement, and organizational performance, as well as developing and implementing strategies that deliver measurable outcomes. The role also involves serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the thought leadership and market development of the performance excellence capabilities. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for an advanced degree, and at least 8 years' of experience in healthcare consulting, operations, strategy, or related leadership roles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading performance transformation initiatives, a deep understanding of healthcare provider economics, and strong knowledge of hospital operations and financial performance improvement. The role requires exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead strategic discussions. Experience in business development, managing multidisciplinary teams, and a network of executive relationships in the healthcare industry are also highly valued. The Managing Director will be expected to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth and advancement of the company's performance excellence capabilities.
