Deskside Support Technician

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in deskside support\n\t\t• Needs at least up to Tier 2 support experience in most recent role\n\t- Experience supporting both hardware and software\n\t- Windows support experience\n\t- OS system support experience\n\t- Experience working in an Outlook, Teams, O365, etc. environment\n\t- Mac device support experience\n\t- Experience working with a ticketing system\n\t- Candidate must also have great communication and customer service\n\t\t• Will be communicating with internal customers daily, some of whom may be VP-level\n\t- "Self-starter" mindset\nCandidate must be comfortable and have demonstrated experience showing they can solve problems on their own
- Experience with ServiceNow Job Description A client of Insight Global is looking for a Deskside Support Technician. This individual will be responsible for the Tier 2 deskside support of both the hardware and software of Home Depot's internal stakeholders. This individual will be working Home Depot's "tech bar" doing deskside support at THD's main software support center in the Atlanta area. Pay rate for this position is between $23 and $30/hr.
