Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, scan, inspect, compile, assemble, and bind documents according to customer specifications and company standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction by completing projects accurately and within established deadlines
• Maintain PS+ quality standards and achieve required productivity targets
• Meet Impressions Per Hour (IPH) production goals while maintaining error-free work
• Operate KODAK scanners and related production equipment to process customer documents
• Perform routine machine maintenance, including clearing paper jams, refilling toner, and replacing machine oil
• Identify equipment issues using machine codes and report problems promptly to management
• Complete all production paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain an organized workstation to minimize errors and improve workflow efficiency
• Work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality standards
• Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
